I was initially allocated a spacious room facing the rear of the hotel, comfortable and had plenty of storage space. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options, including scrambled eggs and a good coffee machine.

The hotel had a very good location, within walking distance to North Station and the Tapas area. The room was spacious and nice, with a big bathroom and enough storage space. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and providing recommendations for nearby vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants. The hotel also had happy hour in the lobby, offering 2 drinks at the price of 1. it was a great value for the price paid.
Felt like relaxing at home, nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with the rooms being clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to the historic old city center and the train station. Transportation was easy, with easy access to public parks for parking at a reasonable rate.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right in the city center and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The room was comfortable and quiet, with nice bedding that helped us get a good night's sleep. The staff were amazing and so helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. They even arranged for a mobility scooter to be delivered to us when it didn't arrive on time. The hotel also provided a discount for the nearby car park, which was really convenient for us.

Great location: The hotel was situated perfectly, just a short walk away from all the major attractions, restaurants, and train/metro stations. It made it very convenient to explore the city without having to travel far. Comfortable and clean rooms: The beds were wide and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were also well-appointed and kept clean, making for a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff: The staff at the hotel were always friendly and willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their helpfulness added to our overall positive experience.
Unsightly surroundings: The street that the hotel was located on had some unpleasant sights, including smelly bins. It wasn't the most pleasant environment to walk through, especially when entering or leaving the hotel.
